I had been a tutor for 3 years in ages 1-10 yrs old children in my home country Philippines.

Approach:

I always make sure that my lesson plan meets the learner needs. Encourage my student to be responsive and active during the lesson. Then motivate them to be more knowledgable and reach the learning goal.
