Experience:

Started with Mathematics teacher for O-Level students in National School in that year from my class more than 70% of students got A grade. After I selected for University, continued Weekend classes from 09th std to O-Level. Also from year 2012 to 2016, I contacted year end Mathematics seminars for O-Level students. Once I done with my graduation in Computer Science, started with IT weekend Home tutorial classes (between 2015-2016) in Sri Lanka. here i arranged more practicals to my students.

Approach:

For Mathematics, 1. No need to memorize anything, everything has to be written and solve in the paper which will be more power than memorizing. 2. Very complex equations has to be resolved which will be help for smartness. For IT, 1. Practical must be followed. rather than writing and memorizing from books, seeing and doing is very important
