American teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience with ELL and ESOL students. I have worked here in the UAE for going on 3 years with both regular ed and special needs student. My experience and patience allow me to work very well with all academic levels.

Approach:

Lessons are planed according to individual needs. Pre-assessment to determine students level and/or contact with students primary teacher if applicable. Tutoring techniques are tailored to individual child's needs there is no one fits all for tutoring. Proven data to show increase increase in students academics using one-on-one approach.
