MS, BA in Arabic Language and Literature, Certification in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL)

Experience:

I've been fortunate enough to have a wide variety of experiences in teaching Arabic as a foreign language as a graduate student in Master Degree, and Bachelor Degree in Arabic language and literature from Cairo University. I also have (TAFL) Certificate from the American University in Cairo. More than 14 years of experiences in teaching Arabic language for different ages, levels, and objectives (Standard Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, Levant Dialect, Egyptian Dialect) in UAE, USA, and Egypt.

Approach:

My philosophy in teaching Arabic: Simplifying the language and focusing on the important and useful grammar to shorten the time required to learn Arabic. Focusing on the most common words used between Modern Standard Arabic and other dialects to help the learner communicate with all Arabic dialects and in all Arabic countries. Integrate the four language skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing) with a focus on speaking relevant to real life situations in social and business contexts.
