Experience:

I am an experienced Spanish teacher and have worked in some of the most prestigious British International Schools, teaching Common Entrance, IGCSE and IB Ab Initio Spanish and German .I am an Apple teacher and can work remotely as all my lessons are conducted online . I also have experience teaching EAL in schools preparing pupils for IELTS , as well as KET and PET exams. I have an MA in Applied Linguistics with a focus on technology in language learning.

Approach:

I am a very interactive teacher and believe in pupils needing to practice all skills in a relaxed and supportive environment. I am not a native speaker of either Spanish or German , so I can make pupils feel comfortable making mistakes and taking risks in communication. I also know the parts of the language which are tricky for non-natives and can reinforce them. My lessons always include games and vocabulary practice and I expect pupils to use these resources to reinforce their learning.
