Graduated in Counseling and Clinical Psychology, Master on Behaviour and Cognitive Therapies, PhD. in Clinical Psychology course at Psychology Faculty of Lisbon University

Experience:

Portuguese and Psychology teacher for 6 years in the UAE - Portuguese native speaker (from Portugal) .   18 years of experience working in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing one-on-one behavioural consultation services, assess instructional programs, conduct training to teachers, parents, aides and support staff in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Approach:

 On-on-one special needs lessons based on positive teaching and the principals of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Child Psychology. Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans and Behaviour Management Plans. Short-term or longer intervention programs to children and families. Holistic approach to customise the child's environment to promote positive and effective learning.
