Experience:

I have been teaching for 10 years and teaching in the UAE for 7 years in a private school. I understand the importance of finding out how children learn best and cater to their individual needs. My experience has been mainly in FS2 and Year One. My strengths include Phonics which is supporting children to read and write. I know a variety of techniques that can be used to make learning fun and practical.

Approach:

I ask the children about their interests and how they prefer to learn. Therefore, they will be engaged and lessons will be memorable. I am extremely positive and encourage children to assess their own learning and remind them of their progress which is a good technique for motivation.
