Experience:

I completed my teacher training in Ireland and then spent 5 years teaching in London before I moved to Dubai to work in an International school. I have experience teaching GCSE, IGCSE, AS Level language and literature and A level language and literature. I have also taught the American curriculum in an American international school. I have also marked and moderated for the AQA exam board for 3 years for both GCSE and A LEVEL examinations.

Approach:

Exam technique is key for any student hoping to achieve excellence. Teach the content and then begin teaching the technique for answering exam questions. Model answers with students whilst teaching them how to write independently.
