Experience:

I taught one child for two years, and one for one year. The first one was 10 when we started, and we worked on all school subjects.He was very easily distracted, and so I decided to help him learn in a fun way, so that he would actually want to learn and improve His grades, as well as his behavior in school thoroughly improved.

Approach:

I usually see with the parents of the child what they expect of me first, and then get to know the child, how they learn best, what works for them. If a child is a very hard worker, a traditional way of working will help them the best, whereas if the child does not like school or gets easily distracted, linking the school work to things they like will improve their learning abilities, and their will to learn.
