Experience:

7 Years if teaching in various grades/levels. I basically follow Student Centered Approach for teaching, however it varies student to student. Apart from basic approach other teaching techniques which are followed are Activity based Learning for Kindergarten and Direct Instructions for Primary & GCSE. Creating strong relationship with student and their mentoring them are basic strength, on which student expedite their learning process and feel themselves in comfort zones while coaching.

Approach:

Lesson is planned exclusively on every coaching, starting from greeting, discussing outcome objectives, re checking Previous knowledge of the student. Afterwards leading to topic outline, focused learning and finally summing up in interactive approach. Tutor Student relation and comfort zone is the key point for learning. Instructional scaffolding and critical thinking techniques are best for quick and conceptual learning.
