Experience:

I am a friendly, compassionate professional who has extensive experience in teaching a range of pupils of different ages: starting from Foundation Stage to Secondary. Due to this I am able to tailor my lessons to the needs of my students and I am able to include a variety of teaching strategies to enable each student to reach their potential.After teaching in High school for a year I moved on to Primary teaching. I have been teaching for five years and have over 10 years experience in tutoring.

Approach:

I deliver individualised lessons as i recognise that each student learns in different ways and have thier own personal goals. All my lessons include a variety of resources as tutoring should be a two way conversation between the tutor and student. Learning in any environment must not be passive which is why my lessons include many opportunities for questioning and problem solving. I ensure that i am able to differentiate my lessons enabling all students to access the learning material.
