Qualification:

Degree in Geography and Economics, followed by a Teaching degree.

Experience:

I have been teaching Geography for four years and have run a very successful Geography department. I have been tutoring Geography students since I did my A Levels 7 years ago. Alongside my experience teaching Geography GCSE and A Level, I have always tutored students preparing for Geography exams. I have also tutored younger students who need extra support in the subject.

Approach:

I believe for learning to be successful students must be passionate and engaged in a subject. Learing and making progress towards higher grades in best achieved using a variety of teaching styles. I aim to tutor different topics in a variety of creative and innovative ways to ensure students are enthusiastic about their learning, but it is always important to practice and consolidate this knowledge with exam style questions to improve exam technique.
