Experience:

I have been practising yoga for the last 22 years and have been teaching yoga for the last 10 yrs in India and Dubai.I can teach traditional yoga,Power Yoga and vinyasa yoga.I can do passive stretching classes as well.My classes will be structured to meet the client’s health and fitness goals.I can provide proper diet as well.

Approach:

I design my class as per my client’s requirements.My class will have proper warm up,sun salutations,asanas,pranayama and meditation.Classes will be interesting as I keep teaching more new postures,more pranayama techniques,different meditation techniques,different types of mudras.I do change the format and style of yoga class from time to time to create more enthusiasm and interest in yoga practice.I love to teach private yoga lessons and mini group classes.
