Experience:

Tutoring is needed because everybody learns differently. I tutor KG to 12th grade students privately after school and during Summer. I typically met with each student's teacher in order to get an idea. Becoming familiar with the student's learning style was also very helpful. Often parents would share records and test results with me. After each tutoring session, I documented the student’s progress and gave parents written updates, as well as phone calls or emails as needed.

Approach:

I will understand the student's age level, cultural background, learning style, etc. Then I will set my goals and objectives for each students. Making an effective lesson plan takes time, diligence, and an understanding of your student's goals and abilities. I will appreciate the students for each things., It will increase students confidence. I will explain the concept deeply. Actively teach study skills. I will respect my students.
