Approach:

I mostly try to bond well with the kids and try to understand their learning pattern and ability and teach them through it. I am very much interested kn helping parents participate too in these classes as I wamt the parents too to understand there kids abilities and problems and help solve it together. I plan in taking classes and than also prepare worksheets and assignments to be done in weekends and help them learn better with different methods and tools.
