Experience:

I started teaching since 2007, teaching and learning has been a major part of my life. I have also worked with pupil/students with grammar, spelling and pronunciation challenges. I defeat these challenges by applying the following steps: Understand their intelligence Evaluate them to know their exact challenge Apply synthetic phonics Build and implement a reading scheme. Build a vocabulary programme . I have a sound knowledge of Jolly phonics.

My lessons are interactive and engaging I apply the following procedure: Activate. Engage Evaluate Reward My lessons are also activity based with Google classroom tools to enable my pupils/students learn at their pace to have a satisfying result with targets in mind
