Qualification:

Degree in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Science Teaching Major in Mathematics/9 years of experience in formal classroom set up

Experience:

Nine years of tutoring experience via online and face-to-face set ups. I have had students from primary, secondary, and students preparing for entrance exams, as well as students with Special Education Needs. Primarily, I do Mathematics and Science Tutorials/Enrichments.

Approach:

Firstly, I assess the students knowledge and skills and learning styles, so I would know what approach I would use. Some of the approaches could be, teach and pause method where the teacher teaches and pause then asks the student to explain it back to the teacher what he learns or to ask some questions related to the lesson. We can also use multimedia tools, timed drill ,ask the student to create their own question and answer, insert breaks or humor, journal writing.
