Bachelor's degree in Biology

Experience:

I have assisted my professors during college in their lecture and laboratory classes. Oftentimes the student would come up to me for questions and since I've gone through the same classes and sometimes review them the day before, I would have answers to their queries.

Approach:

It is important to get to know the learner in order to have a good strategy in how to gain his/her attention during the session. It is an effective strategy to have a pretest at the start of the session in order to know what they have already learned, and also for them to understand and expect what is going to be talked about during the lesson. The lessons will be lectured in an interactive manner allowing the student to learn intrinsically.
