Experience:

I have worked as a Head of English at top schools in England, Dubai and Hong Kong. I have over 15 years experience teaching English Language and English Literature. I have extensive experience with the IB Diploma, IGCSE, GCSE and British curriculums at KS3 and KS4. I have currently put my teaching career on hold to raise my baby daughter.

Approach:

I have a wealth of experience in planning lessons and curriculum. If parents, or the student, tells me an area of weakness I can design lessons around that weakness. Alternatively, I can look over work myself and focus on the areas I feel are the most problematic. I will get students to participate in activities and mark work together with them so that they can see their strengths and areas of development.
