Experience:

Teaching maths to college level students. My style of teaching is to try to get students to visualize concepts as much as possible so they understand and retain concepts for the rest of their lives. If they are in a hurry to pass exams or score higher in exams, then they have to commit to some work :)

Approach:

I try to understand the strengths and weaknesses of students. Strengths can be technical, i.e. string in algebra, or soft skills, good at visualizing, thorough in steps, etc. In fact this always helps the students in other subjects as well because soft skills or non-technical strengths or weaknesses cut across all subjects
