Hello There! I am currently a music/English support teacher at an international school. I have over 15 years of paid, professional experience teaching ESL and music in America, Thailand, Colombia, and the UAE which has given me cultural and global awareness/sensitivity. I provide engaging, tailored lessons for elementary level all the way to adults.

Approach:

In the first lesson, a detailed survey is given to create a unique and custom plan for the student. There after, my approach to tutoring involves focus on the student through experiential and tactile (hands-on) learning. Below are items that are often in my lessons: - learning games - technology, YouTube, iPads, video, computers and more - secondary instruments in music ( for example: rhythm sticks) - body movements/kinesthetics to convey concepts
