Been with the Hospitality Industry for over 17 years and have opened 4 hotels and 22 restaurants. Currently, manage and direct 125 employees in my company. My main goals are to share my life and business experiences with students looking to pursue a career in Culinary Arts, Events & Hotel management. Apart from the above, I will also cover: 1. Social Etiquettes 2. Business Etiquettes 3. Dining Etiquettes 4.

Approach:

The way I tutor: 1. The first meeting will be a free consultation to understand the student's key requirements. 2. Most of my lessons will be interactive with live demonstrations and interactive learning materials. 3. Do & Learn technique - this is a very simple technique is where you would need to complete every task given. Remember you only learn when you have fun in what you do and I try and focus on the fun aspects of learning.
