I used to teach children in the age group 10-12. Be patient and teach till they understand, Have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Done 200-hour yoga instructor course from Dr. Andiappan school of yoga, Chennai Inda

Approach:

understand requirements and tailor the training as per the same. Have a sequence starting with a warm-up, standing, sitting lying poses and finally ending with relaxation poses.
