I worked for a review center before. I also do some inhouse trainings within the company I work for today.

Approach:

The approach is customized for the students need. The first few sessions will focus on the assessing what the student needs (e.g. specific topics to focus on); undertanding the student's expectation, determining the most effective teaching method and pacing of topics, and getting post-session feedback from the student.
