Approach	Approach: I do not believe in going with a set pattern, I like to make changes in the flow of the training as per the students. If my student is more interested in multiplication, I will teach him/her multiplication first and then get to addition and then explain it. I wont keep the child's curiosity level high and keep him/her waiting for the topic. I will rather team them the thing that interests them the most and relate the other topics with interesting topics.
