Hi, I am a Management graduate. All throughout my life, I have mentored and tutored my friends, juniors, relatives and I see everyone liking it. I want to use this skill to be able to help someone. My way of teaching: I do not like to just keep delivering the knowledge without any idea on how much did the student understand. My idea of teaching is a 2 way model where we both speak and understand each other and by the end of the day, we have gained information and learned something new

Approach:

I do not believe in going with a set pattern, I like to make changes in the flow of the training as per the students. If my student is more interested in multiplication, I will teach him/her multiplication first and then get to addition and then explain it. I wont keep the child's curiosity level high and keep him/her waiting for the topic. I will rather team them the thing that interests them the most and relate the other topics with interesting topics.
