I 'm working as an Assistant Professor in engineering college for 3 years , I have good knowledge of communication skills & handle students in their way, I have an ability to teach maths ,physics subjects, I like my profession very much, I will teach students patience, and help to understand what I'm teaching, If i get a chance once i will do my best.

To Motivate students to gain Knowledge and supporting -My Approach Plan of my Lessons Before Starting class I can make notes separately and make the notes simply to help the students they can gather easily. Make every thing creative.
