Experience:

I worked as a tutor for three years. I worked with students at different language levels. I taught both Arabic and English. I offered feedback on students' work on a regular basis. I enjoy helping students to improve their levels; this is a rewarding experience for me.

Approach:

The first thing I do before I start working with my students is to spot the strength and weakness points the student has with respect to one or more language aspects. The moment I become aware of the student's needs, I start planning my lesson based on what the student needs to improve or learn. I try to make my lessons simple, clear and interesting. I believe that if my students are happy, they will learn faster and that is why I try to make my lessons full of fun activities so that the students do not feel bored. As a teacher, for me it is very essential for the students to be the main part of their learning experience; my job is to facilitate learning for them and allow them to experience learning by themselves rather than being passive. Learning can be fun if aimed to be.
