I do adopt a teacher /student-centred learning system and my strength is seeing my student excel in what he or she is learning.

Approach:

I ask the question, engage the student I'm psychological discussion and then give an assignment. Also, I ensure I follow up on my students in order to get feedback. I used the student's curriculum to plan my classes. I do research to support what I have.M y coaching is outstanding due to my approach and system of teaching.
