Bachelor of Education

Experience:

I have a degree in Education with a specialism in English and Arts. I also have Special Education included with a lot of experience in this area. I have been tutoring children in all subject areas including music and special education for more than 10 years now. I have worked teaching English and EAL experience. I have experience teaching English/Spanish in English/Spanish Summer schools too. 

Approach:

My lessons are planned to suit the individual child's needs. I like to use multi-sensory approaches to activate all the senses and provide a memorable lesson. I like active learning and inquiry-based learning which involves using what the child knows and has experienced and built new knowledge and understanding from that.
