Qualification:

Bachelor Education in Mathematics

Experience:

• Develop lessons and instruct all grades students, based on Washington State's Science Learning Standards and grade level expectations. • Establish positive rapport with students, parents and critical family members, using Arabic and English speaking skills as needed. • Enhance student engagement for learning Math through maintaining collaborative learning classroom environment.

Approach:

• Plan and carry out study programs appropriate to individual needs. • Create the lesson environment conducive to learning and discipline. • Make engaging lessons that develop student critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Assess student progress regularly. • Diagnose individual learning abilities of students pertaining to mathematical concepts and reporting to authorities. • Adapt the lesson instruction and assessments by using visual aids and real-world examples to optimize student achievement at title 1 school with 64% non-white ethnicity
