Qualification:

ASA Level 2 swimming teacher

Experience:

Squad coaching for 2 years in UK. Mum and Baby (Infants upto 4years) : Learn basic water skills and water safety, using play and experimentation to develop key skills. Children (4 - 16 years) : development of all the stokes (Front crawl, Back crawl, Breaststroke, Butterfly), for developing fitness or aptitude for later competition. Adults : From non swimmers learning to swim, individuals looking to swim for fun or fitness, up to stroke development for elite athletes

Approach:

Group (squad) or individual private classes or something in between . Lessons are tailored to each individuals ability and desires (eg learn to swim, improvement, competition preparation). Will include 'ground' training for those wishing to develop further competence and in preparation for competition.
