Experience:

hourly one on one or group tutoring. Hands on interaction with students. I have been tutoring for 12 years in different parts of America. I work well with the students and have tutored 4 or 5 children in one family at a time. I have worked for USA company Care.Com, a private tutoring company in America. I have taught English, Math, Science, from ages 5 years old to 16 years old. I have a flexible schedule and am able to meet the family's needs and time schedule.

Approach:

I look at strengths and weaknesses. First I establish an objective. I write a lesson plan goal. Then I do an overview with the student, then create a timeline. It is important to get to know the student. I use multiple student interaction patterns. I address a variety of learning styles to see which one works best. Then myself and the student work together to get them to do the best in that subject or multiple subjects. I have alot of experience working with students from all over the world.
