Experience:

I have total 15yrs of experience of teaching English and in UAE this is my 8th year. I am well aware of planning task and guiding students to improve their skills in reading, phonics, grammar and creativity. As I perform the role of training teachers as head of the English department and content developer.

Approach:

I plan my lessons first knowing the strengths and weakness of students and planning the activities as per student's ability and follow up. A lot of strategies as the student's interest to perform well in English. Have knowledge of phonics to improve reading skills.
