Experience:

My approach to teaching is clear, I believe in maintaining high expectations, being encouraging and consistent in my practice. My experiences have offered me an excellent insight into the calibre of students and how I can stretch and challenge students from different backgrounds and abilities. - Experience: 3 years teaching in the UK / 1 year in Dubai - Geography: Proficient in teaching at all levels (including the NEA). Confident with Edexcel/AQA exam boards - Maths: tutoring for 3 years.

Approach:

Tutoring allows activities and tasks to be specifically catered for the student. This ranges from looking at exam techniques, understanding the question, to deepening knowledge/understanding of the content. Being a creative teacher/tutor allows students to feel confident and comfortable to participate in tasks they may not normally put themselves forward for. My consistency in challenging all students through a variety of activities has helped me establish myself as a teacher and tutor the student's respect.
