Experience:

I am qualified MPA (HR). I did my Bachelors in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I have 5 years experience of teaching Maths and Science in private educational institutions. I have achieved several certifications throughout my academic and career phase i.e. Certificate of Appreciation, Most Cooperative Teacher, Certificate of 4th position in the Department of Public Administration, Certificate of Merit Laptop and Certificate of Merit for achieving A+ position in Rawalpindi Board.

Approach:

I plan my lessons via audio-video aids for the better understanding of students and organize worksheets as well to analyze the performance of my students. I plan the lesson in a way that, it best adheres to the time management. I split my planning into small objectives to achieve my final goal i.e. I prefer to keep first few minutes to enhance the prior knowledge of students, the remaining time for reading and explanation and last few minutes for the consolidation and reinforcement of students to make the lesson meaningful and interspersed.
