MEd (Master of Education) and BA (Bachelor of English and History.

Experience:

I am a qualified English and History teacher. I vary in my teaching from resource to mixed-ability classes and have the experience to teach students from grade K-12. I have a BA degree in English and History and also have university credits in Mathematics and French. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Education.

Approach:

I Implement an innovative, student-centered approach to tutoring. By means of my experience thus far, I have seen how effective the innovative approach to student learning actually is. I am an ardent supporter of collaborative student and teacher discussion, the use of technology as an educational tool and assessment for learning methods. Therefore, I make strenuous efforts to place these instruments at the core of all of my lessons. I passionately implement and uphold these innovative methods in my teaching in order to establish the most positive learning environment for each and every student who enters my classroom.
