Experience:

I have been taking home tuition from past 4 years as a part-time job in Bangalore, India. First I try to interact with the student make them feel comfortable, understand where they lag and teach accordingly.

Approach:

It is important to know how much the student is familiar with the topic and then decides how much time to be spent on it. I first try to know how much the student can understand a topic without any help as self-understanding a topic is very important as well, and then explain the things where he/she faces a problem.
