Peer tutored my colleagues and other students during my university studies in several subjects such as Maths, Physics, C programming and other engineering related subjects. 

Approach:

Identify the subject learning outcomes. Identify student’s strengths and weaknesses to fill any gaps in understanding of a particular topic/subject. Prepare contents based on the above criteria or as per the student’s needs. I try to make my explanation and presentation as engaging as possible to leverage practical understanding, not merely a theoretical one. It’s important to provide real-world usage of a particular subject and/or topic to encourage students to learn more and identify their current comprehension state. Moreover, I understand how to approach students with various learning styles.
