Experience:

I am basically a fresher in terms of providing professional tutorial service but ever since my primary years until my university year I've been helping out my classmates in catching up with our lessons.

Approach:

Firstly, I want to assess the current scenario of my future tutee. From that I will base my plan on how to drive our lessons. I believe that each and everyone has their own pace and way of understanding so I don't make specific plans. What makes my lessons one of a kind? Since I'm also just a fresher, and my previous experiences were mainly from tutoring my classmates, I am used to teaching in a conversational way. I make sure my tutee will learn something by the end of our meeting with a smile on his or her face. You will gain more than the lessons but fun conversations with a "friend" in me.
