Experience:

I started tutoring during my 3rd year of college. I entered this job since then because it is what my heart desires. I am a Bachelor in Secondary Education Degree holder. After graduation I was immediately hired as a Private Teacher for 2 years. Within that years I was able to strengthen my passion on teaching and that is the reason why I find ways to still teach even though I am no longer on the teaching industry. I like kids and I mostly love teaching them.I have indeed this desire to teach.

Approach:

Before I teach I want to diagnose first what is my student's needs, what and where he/she has strength and weakness. I will immediately use this student's strength and weakness as an opportunity to teach him/her. I will focus to his/her weakness and will improve more to his/her strength. By some instance, I will not just touch the cognitive development of a child but also consider his/her behavioral and emotional aspect. To some it all, I want to focus to what my child has and not to the things that he has not.
