Experience:

I graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering and then went on to do MBA from National Institute of Technology Calicut with Human Resources and Data Analytics as specialization. I have successfully completed various academic projects in these areas and has corporate experience in Procurement and Recruitment. I have worked as a Procurement Officer at Al Naboodah Group Enterprises and also, as a Recruiter for an IT firm back in India.

Approach:

I believe in first having a basic understanding of what a subject is about and then building on to that. Also, during my academic and corporate stint, what I have understood is both fields use the same knowledge in different ways. You may learn 100 theories but what you are expected to do, once you are in the industry, is to apply those to real world problems and situations where conditions may not be ideal. So, learning with a connection to practical applications is very important.
