Experience:

I am educated to M.Sc level and have worked in schools as a learning support assistant for 5 years finding ways to help children learn. My Msc is under the school of psychology and therefore I am able to understand the individual child and tailor their learning specifically for them.

Approach:

I will plan lessons based on the pace of the child, so as to be challenging yet not too fast as to be discouraging. The lessons will be fun and the time will fly by, but the learning objective will be achieved every time. Finding the best way that the individual child learns, we will use their particular way of remembering and learning to ensure effective learning.
