Experience:

I am from New York City and I have been teaching ESL for over 10 years, I have a TESOL and Linguistics MA. Moreover, I've lived in different countries while familiarizing with many cultures. My philosophy is that to understand a new language, we need to understand its culture. By understanding my students' native language better, I can provide them with the best of my skills as an educator while achieving the language skills they seek.

Approach:

Planing is crucial for any educator and thus I take it very seriously. I take into consideration the needs and wants of my students, It is important for me to know the language proficiency of my students. But, most importantly, I need to know my students goals. Knowing the short term goals can help students learn faster and move forward toward their further achievements. I always make sure that my students learn and are satisfied with the lessons, but also they have fun while learning. I have always believed that learning does not have to be always boring.
