I tailor my teaching styles to suit individual learning needs and lead discussions by asking open - ended questions. I scaffold learning and create an active learning approach by using technology for helpful, educational purposes. I begin by examining the child's previous knowledge on the given subject and will then regularly carry out small assessments to ensure that progress is being made. Regular updates will be given to parents along with the child's 'next steps' in order for them to progress even further.
