Experience:

Positive attitude and patience and creative thinking/ teaching. Tailor the work to the students' needs by referring to their textbooks, assignments, and exams. Encourage the students to write down the questions or struggles that arise during the week so that we can address them during the tutoring session. Ultimately help them become independent learners Enjoy a snack during a mid-session break (if needed)

Identify where and how the student is struggling Set the goal and the timeframe to achieve them Review the class lessons Creative ways to do the assignments and test the students learning or understanding
