I have 1 year experience as a school teacher & 2 years as a private tutor for (2 kids). I deal with the kid as a smart creature and able to learn anything but needs the suitable way to learn with him/her.

Approach:

Firstly, I have the schedule of the student and will make our own accordingly (giving the chance to the kid to depend on himself to do homework and memorize or prepare). The sessions are as time to understand & creativity not as memorize a duty.
