Experience:

Myself, Lisa, and my colleague, Tiffany, are a both fully qualified teachers with 6 years of teaching experience. We each have a Bachelor of Education as well as University Degrees in Psychology with several courses on Childhood Development and Education. We have worked with American, Canadian and IB/PYP Curriculums. We have taught students from KG through to high school and are thus comfortable teaching children of any age.

Approach:

Tiffany and myself offer a unique option for parents seeking tutoring. We are available to tutor at the same time for individual children within a household, so that each child receives one-to-one support but also minimizes scheduling issues with multiple tutors. We are willing to work with your family's schedule to arrange timing that works well for you. We also individually tailor tutoring sessions to each child's needs based on parent and teacher suggested areas for support. We are innovative with our methods of instruction, including varied styles of teaching and incorporating technological support that provides differentiation for all levels.
