Experience:

Can help with Assingments, tests and final. Can do a wide variety of subjects at a very competitive rate.  Taught individual students High-school level Maths, Physics, English, Economics and Psychology for 6+ years in Canada and the UAE. Also have 2+ years teaching group classes of 3-9 students Maths, Physics and English (TOFEL, IGCSE, SAT) Last, but not least, I have the honor of being my 9 year old sister's favorite tutor.

Approach:

I have always found that classes geared towards the personality/goals of the student yields promising results. Here's an outline of one way that I ensure my lessons are student-centric. Initially, I gauge the current level of understanding of my students and spend the first class coming up with an agreed upon goal that the student wants to have achieved by the end of our lessons. This could be anything from an increase in grade, to passing an exam, to have developed a better understanding of a concept. All classes are then geared towards accomplishing that desired goal.
