My strength is my flexibility to handle change. In my previous job, I worked directly with customers and their problems. What I liked was solving problems and helping people.

Tutoring is ubiquitous. Good tutors recognize the importance of aligning their instruction with what's going on in the classroom. Teachers see their students every day, as do parents, so a tutor who works 1:1 with a student even once per week for an hour needs to respect how much learning is being done when he or she is not around.Classroom management It may seem that there is little or no classroom management required in a one to one class.
