Experience:

I graduated from Shenyang College of China in 1998, and took the Bachelor of Science. I am the Master of Christianity Study in progress in Hong Kong. I worked in Shenyang International School of China as the teacher's assistant for 6 years, and 1 year in SHIC as English translator. During those time, I was the tutor to teach kids and primary school students English, Chinese and Math, also to teach adults Chinese.

Approach:

My opinion about lesson plan is to depend on the situations of student, my teaching style is flexible so that the student can feel relaxed during the class time. As a general, I will prepare two teaching methods: traditional method and enjoyable method. I will use different method in different time to avoid the student feeling boring to study. As a tutor, my purpose to teach is to help the student enjoy the study.
